I am The Cosmic Sai Baba and it gives me great pleasure to be here among you.

Many things have been said about the possibility of starships showing in your skies on October the 14th. I would like to announce that this is so ... except whether they actually show themselves or whether they stay in the next world is really up to all those who are ready and willing to speak with their brothers and sisters from the Cosmic Consciousness from the Cosmic Worlds ... as many of them come from other galaxies.

The Light ship is so large ... it is like a station ... and already your scientists have stations that are in your outer atmosphere ... so that you can see things more clearly when you view the Cosmos or the Universe. It is the same with the Star People.

They are viewing what is taking place upon this earth and as I have hastened to always say, they come with love and compassion. They do not wish to interfere, they only wish to assist.

However, they do, and I mean by they, the earth people have connections to other worlds. For their soul ... their soul story, links them to other worlds. And so although they walk in an earth body ... they also have connections to other races in the Cosmic Worlds.

There are many that are, what you would say, Star People in an earth body. This helps us to assist you more closely ... for they are points of Light in which we can observe. And it helps us to find ways to assist ... to bring Peace upon this earth is the most important thing to do ... for with Peace upon this earth. The Peace will go out and infiltrate the Cosmic Worlds also.

I would like you to think about that ... for you are not alone. You are not alone in your journey in a physical body here. You have committed to come to this earth to change ... to change the energy upon this earth ... to lift, or uplift the consciousness to return the earth to a Garden of Eden ... or a Garden of Light as it was meant to be when it was first created.

I have said, I would like to speak more about the Hierarchy ... and the Hierarchy has been overseeing this for a time—that doesn't mean anything to you as earth people. You have a beginning and an end. The Hierarchy does not exist in that frame. This maybe a little hard to understand.

There have been many Worlds created, but our focus is upon Earth and the world of the Earth People. This is in what I would call the Third Dimension. The Fourth Dimension is the dimension right next to the frequency of what the Earth exists in now. The Earth's frequency is slowly raising and it is connecting to the Fourth Dimension ... they interact.

From the Star People's point of view, there has never been a separation. They see the Third and Fourth Dimension as the same.

But in an Earth body you can only readily recognise and see the Third Dimension. It would be confusing if you were to see much more. You get glimpses, you get insights, you get feelings and most of all you have a knowing ... you know that there are other worlds ... all those in this room, know there other worlds.

The Third and Fourth Dimension is one that can heal and go out to the rest of the Cosmic Worlds to heal. As I have said, there are many, many different races.

Even in the Cosmic Worlds there are some that need the Light of Love and Compassion more than that already exists, in shall we say, the Beings of Light ... or the Star People.

I do not intend to speak too much to-day ... I would just like to say ...  ... that I know that I am welcomed and I am very, very pleased that I am so.
